Using ContextAlive
ContextAlive helps you capture information, revisit it, receive reminders, and work with your calendar. You need an invitation and an account to use private features. Keep control of your Google and Telegram accounts and tell us if you think someone has accessed your ContextAlive account without permission.
Use the service lawfully and only with information you are allowed to share. Do not use it to harass others, invade their privacy, send malicious material, or interfere with the service. If you use household features, invite only people you are authorized to involve and respect their access choices.
Your information and connected services
You keep ownership of the information you provide. You allow ContextAlive to store and process it to provide the features you choose, including generated responses, reminders, and requested calendar actions. Our Privacy Policy explains the data and service providers involved and how to export, disconnect, or delete your data.
Google sign-in verifies your account. Google Calendar connection is optional and asks for separate permission. Telegram is optional for bot conversations and Telegram reminders. Those services have their own terms. You can disconnect Calendar in ContextAlive Settings; you can manage Telegram messages in Telegram and calendar events in Google Calendar.
Privacy and security
We use HTTPS for the website, encrypt stored Google connection tokens, restrict access to application data and backups, and offer export and deletion controls. Your submitted thoughts and files are stored so ContextAlive can recall them for you. SHA-256 hashing protects selected technical tokens and links; hashing does not encrypt your submitted content. Check important results
ContextAlive uses AI and connected services that can misunderstand a request, produce an inaccurate answer, miss a reminder, or fail to complete a calendar action. Check important details, including event times and whether an event actually appears on your calendar. ContextAlive is not an emergency service and should not be your only way to manage urgent or safety-critical tasks.
Availability and account access
We may maintain, change, or temporarily interrupt the service. We may suspend access if an account is used to harm the service or others, or if we must address a security concern. You can export your data and request account deletion from Settings. Some household responsibilities may need to be resolved or transferred before deletion can finish, as explained there.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will show a new effective date on this page and give appropriate notice of material changes. Contact support@contextalive.com with questions or account concerns.
